Creation of a Subdomain

Hey ppl! I have a created a subdomain:http://forums.x360blog.pcriot.com/

I created it to put up a discussion board (phpBB). However, that subdomain links to a cPanel page that i cant remove. This is preventing me from installing phpBB. Any sugestions?

I have recreated the sub domain and it seems to be working fine. Please confirm that it is and close this support thread.

Yes, the subdomain works perfectly fine. But why is that when i try to install phpBB3 (the latest version), i get a blank screen. I have uploaded all the files in the /forums directory. When i go to htt://forums.x360blog.pcriot.com/install/index.php i see a blank page. I cannot proceed with the installation of my forum like this. Btw thanks for repairing the subforum.

Please login to the account panel at http://x10hosting.com/login with your FORUM username and password. In there you'll see a section which allows you to change your accounts PHP version, choose the Intermediate option and paste a link to this thread in the reason box. It'll be upgraded within an hour of you doing this - requests are accepted automatically but you need to wait for Apache to restart .
