Credentials doesn't match record even after password reset

Hi Admins,

I can't login to Cpanel, stating that credentials doesn't match record. I tried resetting my password but still the same error message appear. Please see attached screenshot below:

I had a similar error earlier. I reset my password two/three times and it still gave me the error. But after trying to login a few more times it worked.
Perhaps you might not be so lucky, but I guess it won't hurt to give it a go?

staff should check this out.
to many failed logins will cause a temporary block of your ip address.
staff may reply here but be patient it could be a while.
you could also try using the discord service to get help..
