Cron Job Anomaly

I had a cron job running, deleted it, and the game for which it was intended, deleted the email notification, yet I am still receiving email notifications that the cron job is running (and of course can't find the file it needs to update, since it is no longer where it was in the file folder).

Not critical, just strange, and I'm not sure whether or not it is related to the server move (I am on absolut, zmama.com). I'm figuring you would rather not have resources used unnecessarily, so I thought you should know.
