Cron Job Email Errors!

First off, I wish to state that I know nothing about Cron jobs . I pulled these specific jobs off of a site. They serve the purpose of "interest" in an SMF Shop Modification.

Anyway, this is the email I'm repeatedly getting

Subject: Cron <clanscy@cossacks> /usr/bin/php -q /home/clanscy/public_html/forum/Sources/shop/dointerest.php > /home/clanscy/public_html/forum/interest_log.htm

Message: ALERT - use of eval is forbidden by configuration (attacker 'REMOTE_ADDR not set', file '/home/clanscy/public_html/forum/Sources/Load.php', line 1760)

The command itself is set to run every night at midnight. Is this a problem with the script? Or was it because of the recent changes to however x10 offered their PHP?

When did you request the intermediate version of php?
I can take 6-12 hours to become active. Sometimes longer.

For cron's use:

/usr/bin/php-cron instead of php
