Cron job is not sending email

Cron job is not sending email, even if the email is set on the Cron job panel.

We have all cron emails filtered out for the time being. Cron jobs will execute fine though.

I think he means that cron emails aren't being sent out right now.

I really don't have a clue but you can try another method of sending emails..
