Cron Job Manager

I'm at a loss, I already understand that crons need to be each run for no less than 5 minutes apart, & I have mine set at 10 minutes just to be sure, where that is fine for what I'm doing, but I have no clue how to open the Cron Job Manager from the CPanel on x10hosting.com. I had gone to the File Manager, but I don't see a spot where that is, & I even opened up some folders in search of it, but I'm not sure. I know where the file cron.php for my script is, but not the Cron Job Manager. Thanks for any help on this!

Make sure you are using cPanel x3 .... NOT BASIC

Bottom right panel. ADVANCED ... contains a link to the cron jobs manager.

OK, I'm using Basic. How do I change to X3? I'm a free host customer!

When you are in Basic, top of page: Switch Theme <- click on it
