Cron Job Problem

I have one that was working perfectly until a couple of days ago (Saturday, I think... it's been a crazy weekend). I didn't change anything, so not sure why it stopped. The error message I receive is:

curl: (52) Empty reply from server

What is it trying to connect to with cURL?

It's a file for a game I run. It has been working, then suddenly, poof!

edit: Actually, the cron job seems to be working -- it just isn't sending the usual email it used to send. No biggie -- as long as it is performing
