Cron jobs problem

Hi, i have been search around on the forum
and don't find a solution
I want to set up cron job for this urls
http://gamesite.exofire.net/drupal/cron.php
and
http://gamesite.exofire.net/phpbb31/cron.php
What commands should i set
My cpanel username is candyman
