Hi what does 'cron' mean and what is it because i don't want to get banned for this having more than 1.

Don't worry about it. If you haven't specifically set any up in cPanel, then there won't be any running.

Also, you can have more than 1 running, it's just that you can't have any cron job run more than once every five minutes.
