Cronjobs

I keep getting this message with my account suspension "Reached maximum allowed cronjobs per time interval - 1 cronjob execution allowed per 5 minutes" I changed the time interval and yet you keep suspending my account. Please advice me on how to prevent further suspension of my account.

Your account is not suspended currently.

If you have more then one cron job, make sure they don't overlap at some point giving the gap in between being less then 5 minutes.
