yea i have 4 crons
2minute (siunce your not aloud min)
hour
day
and 5min

to run on my site www.zoneoftime.pcriot.com but they do not seem to be working anyone got any ideas on how i can fixs this ??

What is the command you are using to run the cron?

if its a php file you have to say something like:
php-cron /home/devedse/public_html/cgi-bin/ticker.php

and i thought 1 minute is allowed O_O cause i'm using that.

It's not. I'm not even sure if anything less than 5 minutes is allowed. You'd better edit that crontab or you'll be suspended in no time.

why don't you cron wget http://yoursite.x10hosting.com/cgi-bin/ticker.php OR cron lynx -dump http://yoursite.x10hosting.com/cgi-bin/ticker.php

The first post says no 1 minute crons are allowed and if you scroll down you'll see another post from corey saying from 5 minutes it's fine.
