Okay, Im not really a gaming person. apart from my pS2, Yet CS:Source is supposed to be really good, and fromt he images ive seen looks Hawt. I have no idea on the background, How to play, What you need to play, What to *DO*. So if someone could answer those for me that would be much appreciated + rep

are you talking about cs:s for pc?

if not then i cant really help you
but if you are talking about cs:s for pc,

all you need is a decent amount of ram 512mb+, a decent processor, at least 64 mb of graphics, couple gigs of hd space (if you're going to install HL2 also, totals up to 6 gigs), mouse, keyboard, and mic is pretty helpful

haha well depends; like most fps games its default-ly WASD to move

but i dont like the wasd system, in fact, i use the arrows to move

you can customize your controls to your feel..
i personally use arrow keys to move, ctrl to crouch, space to jump, enter to reload, left click to fire, right to zoom/special function, scroll to switch weaps, shift to slowly walk

most people will believe my layout is complicated, but hey it works for me!

yeah it would but i think itd be harder to aim..

i know a few people who play with joysticks.. they say its more responsive for other functions besides aiming, but its nearly impossible to snipe with haha

does your sentence have a typo in it?

"i can get it" or "i can't get it"?

because if you can get it to work with it, admin can go ahead and close thread
but if you CANT get it to work with it, make sure you've got your most recent drivers, etc

its way harder with a controller.......i tryed it with a controller once.........only 2 kills in 30 deaths.....what a nightmare................
