My hosting account is not linked anymore with my account login : csplive

I got suspended for forum inactivity but this time I can't find anything to unsuspend myself.

Login to account Panel http://x10hosting.com/control There you can link your account.You get an option like "SWAP" .using it link your hosting account to it.Then try to un suspend.

I can't swap any account... this is my only one !!!!
I don't understand why it's gone... must be all the server "changes"... the thing is it's getting very annoying between inactivity alerts and servers messes we have to spend as much time on x10hosting.com control panel as admins do...

Anyone in charge able to help me?!

I cannot find account "csplive" in our records, Looks like it got terminated after 10 days in suspension state.

You can signup again

Remember that you must Login Here (on forums) once every month to keep your account active, cPanel and Account Panel logins does not counted.

I can't believe this !
I can totally understand something ****ed up, but don't tell me there's no record about my account !
Did I invent the 300 forum users registered over the 2 years I've used your crappy service?

It's been offline for less than 10 days so this excuse can't work !

Just tell you screwed something and be honest but please do not try to blame me for anything but inactivity on the damn forum !

Don't worry, I won't bother you anymore... I've had more issues on your free service in two than on any other hosting service for 10 years ! I'll get any free provider and cope with some ads but it'll work and hopefully they won't lose 3 years of data and pretend I've never existed.
