css and javascripts cannot be detected by my site

My website suddenly not displaying properly.

I checked chrome dev tools and the stylesheets / css files and js files are not found in the server - 404 error.

I also tried to load wp-admin but it says that I don't have permission to access wp-admin.

What's causing this? I checked my htaccess but it's just directives on the index.php of my website not displaying on the url.
