I was wondering if it was ok for me to put zip files for download on my site that contained pictures (avatars, signatures, wallpapers ect.) ?

As for your question, as long as the avatars, signatures, wallpapers, etc are not copywritten material, you can.

Unless you have permission from the authors ( that you can provide to x10 ) then you can't use copywritten material.

If you made it yourself, you can use it.
