Custom 404 Error Pages On Lotus

No matter what I try, I can't seem to get my custom 404 error page to show up.

I've read on the forums that this isn't possible on free servers. If this is true, then the claim on the x10Hosting homepage isn't true.

I'd say that having a set 404 error page that advertises for x10Hosting qualifies as an ad, string, and catch. I'm am wholeheartedly satisfied with everything about x10... Except this detail.
