Custom domain doesn't work

I have a domain name (redbarons63.com) registered with GoDaddy. I'm attempting to assign this domain to my x10hosting account (current domain = mathew.x10hosting.com). I've gone into GoDaddy's domain control panel and changed the DNS servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. When I go into the x10hosting account control panel and tell it to use my own domain, it brings up the following message:

Whoops, it appears that there was an error modifying your domain. The errors are listed below.​

• Whm error: account package id no longer exists in the panel. (code modifydomain_1)

I looked and saw that other people have gotten this error, but couldn't find a solution.

It's a problem on our backend system, we're working on fixing it.
I've changed your main domain to: redbarons63.com and it's working correctly.
Please check it.
