Custom domain working partially

I just registered a request to change my MAIN DOMAIN to Cregens.com, the changing process was successful, but now when i created a index.php page inside the "public_html" folder, i am not being able to view it on the browser, instead my domain is being redirected to cregens.x10.mx, but when i am trying to access the same file stored inside a sub-directory "a", then the Domain name is working perfectly.

[not working, redirected to http://cregens.x10.mx]

2. http://cregens.com/a/aaa.php
[working properly, i.e., staying on the custom domain.]

The custom domain works normally for me. Please clear your browser cache, flush your DNS, cycle your browser, then try again.
