Daily Suspended account

The problem that I have is that every other day that I check my web site my account says that it is suspended. I click on the button at the top to unsuspend and then I am back up and running. then two days later it is suspended again. It says that the reason is for me not accessing the control panel at least every two weeks. I access the control panel at least once a week.

Control panel name is: mtyler78

Any help would be great. I hate to bother any one because of this being a free service.

Does it say what the suspension is for? You won't get suspended for not access the control panel, in a set time. You can only get suspended for inactivity if you do not visit the forum once every two weeks.

That is the message it gave me.

I log into the x10hosting site and click on forum. Once I do that Do I still have to log into the forum or would my log into www.x10hosting.com carry over to the forum?
