Good, I'm new to this web pages and just opened an account with you and to upload my files via ftp, I realized that there were other files in public_html then delete the files and then get mine but to delete the original files was hurt and now I can not get by ftp.

There's nothing in public_html that would have affected your ftp if they are deleted unless you are using Frontpage extensions. If you weren't using Frontpage, then please post back here with any errors you encounter while trying to use ftp.
