maybe the above link will let you login using forum login credentials.

This is generally indicating an IP block. If you are still having this issue can you directly message me on here by clicking my name and starting a convo with your IPv4 address : https://whatismyipaddress.com/ I have checked your last IP used to sign in and post but I do not see this blocked at this time.
