I'm trying to delete the data from my account because something has broken & I would like to start over. In cPanel the databases were gone, the subdomain was gone, and in File Manager I cannot delete anything, it just comes right back, and in Legacy File Manager it brings up a Fatal Error.
Everything is giving me a fatal error. I can't do a thing. Can't create a new subdomain. The files I'm trying to delete are in a root file for a subdomain that's not even there according to everything else!
I just want it all gone so I can try again. This is a test site to work out kinks in a new forum client, and create styles so I'm not actually losing anything of importance, but I can't access a thing or do anything.
Is there any way you can do a format type deal with my account, so I can get back to doing what I'm doing?
