I'm assuming that my account might have been hacked. When I looked in the file manager, there were no files. Also my Cpanel is missing the some of the software services that were there when I initially signed up. Softaclous tries to open as php file on my personal notepad program.

Addendum, I just saw that you had some trouble after the upgrades. I'm very, very novice at the backend of this stuff. I would appreciate some help, if possible to get a back up.
