Database Access by Other People?

Hello forumites! It's nice to meet you, I hope you're all nice.

I have a question about PHPMyAdmin. I am making a parody game (www.soulraver.uni.cc) using x10's services and cPanel, and the game uses PHP and MySQL to make it, like Kingdom of Loathing. But here's the problem:

My coder on our dev team has no access to the database, because he doesn't know where to go! I made a user and added him to our game's main dB, but how does he even get access and create tables? It's making our game impossible to make, and I would be sad to leave x10 because you can't have multiple users accessing dBs.

Sorry if it's a question that was answered (that I missed somehow while searching), but I need to know ASAP.

We don't allow remote connections to our databases, you're free to make a script on the site in php which can access it, and then have your program interact with that script to add records. But, for security reasons we won't allow you to connect directly from it
