Database "Access Denied"

Hi

All my domains are failing to work with the control panel installed applications. I imagine this is related to the migration of chopin to the new machine and/or the fact that I maintain my own DNS entries on a third party service, but I would appreciate if someone could advise accordingly.

My domains (and the application/associated errors) are:

www.nikad.net (joomla/Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL)
quanta.nikad.net (LimeSurvey/Can't connect to LimeSurvey database. Reason: Access denied for user 'nikad_quanta'@'10.1.0.230' (using password: YES))
www.hackrz.net (joomla/Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL)
www.c2c.me.uk (joomla/Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL)

I checked the quanta.nikad.net configuration and it is set to use localhost as the database (I have not checked the others but that is the most important as I have configured a survey that needs to be published in a QUANTA newsletter).

All the domains point to the ip address 216.245.205.66.

Hi keith,

As you said the chopin migration may be causing this, Still your site showing old ip of chopin so might be not yet transferred so have patience. you can check the status of chopin migration at http://status.x10hosting.com

Do you know what the new IP address is? As I manage my own DNS entries I need to change it (and I may find it has already been moved and works correctly).

I got by pinging the chopin.x10hosting.com

Hum, that ip address does not seem to be responding to port 80.
I set up the hosts file for one domain to point to it and I get a "can't establish a connection". If I try chopin on port 80 I get the same, but if I go to chopin's control panel it works correctly. Is there another ip address that should be used?

That is the ip for chopin.x10hosting.com

More over As I told that chopin is under migration so the background works may be causing the server not responding at the moment. You can try after some time.
