Database access error from php - please help

Hello, lateley i am having an issue on my account. Things that worked before are not working now due to an error accesing MySQL database. The error text i am getting is the following:

CONN - Cannot connect to the database

This is a known issue with Stoli, the server you're on. There is a thread in Official Announcements on this server that will be updated as a solution is worked on.
