Database and users removed

Hi Support Team,

I have just attempted to browse to starclass.x10hosting.com and I am receiving an SQL error. Upon opening cpanel and checking in MYSQL it appears as though both the database and database users have been removed.

Is there any way of restoring these from a backup etc? They have definitely not been removed by myself

I seem to have the same problem.

I think we're all safe actually - the same error showed up on another users site as Too Many Connections.

Which means the mysql server and data is still there, it just can't connect to get to it (including cpanel). Soon as that error gets fixed it should resolve itself and suddenly start working again. It's an odd glitch for sure, but it's happened in the past - it's like the bridge between cpanel and mysql blew up, so cpanel thinks you have no mysql stuff, but once the bridge is back it'll show it just fine
