Database connection error

www.brettcawley.com/blog gets a connection error to my Wordpress blog, its been like that for 6 weeks now and hasnt been fixed.

I know its a free service but honestly the least you could have done was comment on my last thread with some sort of explaination

There are many ways you can have connection problems, not just because of the server.

Wordpress gives zero information as to why the connection was not made. It could be that you have the username, password, database, or some other information wrong. It could be that somehow the user was deleted, or somehow lost permissions.

Can you get to your database via phpMyAdmin?

Got it working now, I tried creating new users, passwords, and databases.
Got my old database back (with a new user it would seem) so im happy now.
Something must have gone amiss with my original user during server upgrades.
