database connection error

I posted about a week ago saying that my site wasn't working due to a database error.

I did as corey said and to add/remove the user from the database and it still doesn't work so can someone else help me out.

I would love to work on my site sometime this week when I get a few spare minutes between going to work and doing my home chores.
