Database Connection Failed

Hello i am still getting Database Connection Failed on my websites and when i go into the Hosting Account Management the disc space usage is all zero`s and when i try to login to the cpanel it will not take my un/pw or my email address as the un?? any help would be great.

I have fixed your DB connections. In order to fix cPanel, login to the account panel and reset your password.
