Database Could not connect

I am getting error when ever I try to open my website http://learningcurves.in

Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to database

Can you tell me why I am facing this problem.

Can you tell me why I am facing this problem.

Goto Cpanel, select Mysql databases.

Drop the user(Don't delete user or Database)
Re assign the the user to database by giving all privileges.

It should work now.
