Database crashed

I'm getting this error in phpMyAdmin:
"Table './manishc_blog/wp_posts' is marked as crashed and should be repaired"

On my site too, posts are not showing up.
Please help.

Go to cPanel and then click on MySql databases.

there is an option to repair database.
