Database deleted, cannot make new databases

After the new plan update I found my database was gone along with the users. I tried to create a new database multiple times including with the database wizard and I received the message saying my database was created by the database was not created. I could not create users either.

Never mind. My database reappeared with everything. It must simply not have been connecting. Is this something that occurs often? My database is the most essential part of my website.
