Database deleted

Sir,
For 5th time for me and my friend, the database was deleted automatically. We have lots a lot of work in it. please help

Your server absolut is migrating to new server fris. your databases are not deleted, they are safe and will be back after migration is over.

i cant even login to cpanel... but i guess thats cause, the cpanel error on fris you are facing...

1. Go to the Account Panel and set/change your cPanel password. (note: the 'old password' they ask for is you Forum password)

2. Try logging on to cPanel again. Use either

https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/login/

or

http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/login/

3. You do have a problem that I can have Staff look at:
