"Database","Email Accounts","Upgrades" Not Loading

I just registered a new account with x10Hosting with the intent to install Wordpress for my nonprofit organization. (Aware Noble County) During the installation process, it asked for database information. When I tried to access my account's database information, the screen went blank. I then noticed that I could not access my "Email Accounts" or "Upgrades". (This is on the start page, btw) Is this a glitch or is there something I should be doing that I'm not?

P.S. I am already aware of the high CPU usage of Wordpress. So, before anyone begins lecturing me about it, I already know. lol
