Database error on Boru, cannot access Cpanel

Though the Boru server was said to have been restored completely my Cpanel is still inaccessible but instead of showing the 404 error page, I now get the database error, again. Could you please have a look at my case please? I have tried seeking for help for weeks~
My 2 sites are http://warwickmorsesociety.x10.bz/ and http://warwickmorsesociety.x10.bz/forum

Just want to add, I tried proxy and it didnt work either, seems like it's not my ip being banned by admin. Yet that even confuses me more.
I'm really in need of help now. If I'm not bugging anyone then can you please let me know what is going on? My society has been pouring tons of complaints since the beginning of the database error outbreak

strange as it seems, I finally managed to connect to my cpanel but with the link of another user, mine is 2083 and his is 2082. I dont know what's wrong with the old one I used to use.
Yet all the databases are gone! Files on disk are still intact though but all the settings I was instructed to do including adding a new user and remote sql were gone as well!
Hope someone can give me a hand here. I considered buying a premium account in the past but things just keep letting me down.

I imported the sql of the 2 sites that were exported before the move happened, created new users for them in mysql, yet the database error still persists. I'm stuck here.

Just checked the passwords in the 2 config.php files of the wordpress and forum. Corrected the 2 according to the password that was used for the database username but yielded no good. I think this's server's error, not my side?
