Database Error on WordPress

Hi

I'm having trouble with my site: www.blackboxconversation.com also at blackboxconversation.pcriot.com

I seem to be getting a 'could not connect to database' issue.

Is this a problem with wordpress or with the hosting?

Yes, MySQL is currently down on Stoli, and slow on some of the other servers.
Admin are aware of it, and are working to get it fixed.

Please be patient.
