I changed my cpanel password since I could not login. I then added the suggested remote hosts as suggested also. It still will not connect to my site, and I have no idea what to do next. Was working fine yesterday.

Try re-linking the user and the database together.

Go into cPanel and go to 'MySQL Databases'. There you can remove the user from the database and then re-add them.

Now I get this:
Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

I had to go in and edit the configuration file for my joomla. Now it's working. Thank you for the help.
