Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

help please.. i've uninstalled my joomla using softaculous...and pasted my files(index.php, etc) to my directory but when i view it, it says "Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL".... help pls!

Find the config.php file and make sure that the database host is set to localhost.

They are doing upgrades or something, I can't even view my site anymore.

I have the same issue as you, but I know that once the maintenance is complete, things will be even better than before.
