Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

error when browsing my site. any idea?

Make sure the host is localhost.

Try dropping the user from the database through cPanel, but don't delete it. Then add it back giving all privileges. Permissions are sometimes randomly lost.

i cnt' access my phpmyadmin. please help.

can't access my site all database is missing, when i click phpymyadmin i get an error message.
