Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL.

Hello,
Please help me.
Something happened to my site http://dfl.exofire.net few weeks ago. I thought it will be back after you finish Lotus & Cossacks Final Update, but it's not.
1) Trying to access http://dfl.exofire.net/ page i get this error:
Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL.
2) Opening phpMyAdmin from cPanel produces: Welcome to phpMyAdmin
Wrong username/password. Access denied.
3) Calling $mysql -u dfl_dfluser -h dfl.exofire.net -D dfl_site -p

gives: RROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'dfl.exofire.net' (111)

I've already added my host for remote access.

Login to cPanel ( http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/ )
Click on Remote MySQL
Add the following to the list:
int.fris.x10hosting.com

Then reload your site again.

it will work as worked for me too as i was getting same error too ...

I've already added my host for remote access.
