Database Error: Unable to connect to the database

Hello, there are days I try to connect to the link (http://www.corsionline.x10hosting.com/joomla/) but I get the following error message:
"Database Error: Unable to connect to the database: Could not connect to database"


Checked Cpannel the DB is up and running, and I use the Database with phpadmin.
You could kindly help me?

Hello,

Lets start by checking there is a database user attached to the database. Can you log into cPanel and navigate to the database area, see if there is a user attached to the database you're using for Joomla. If there is, check that it has "All privileges" for its permissions. If that's all in order, then check that the database username and the database name match what is in the Joomla configuration file. Don't forget, databases need to be prefixed with your cPanel username, so example cpaneluser_databasename. Let me know if there is any more issues after you've tried this.
