Database Error when trying to install Tiny Portal for SMF

Hello. for the past week I have been trying to install the Tiny Portal mod to my SMF forums but I keep getting the following database error. I have tried with different combinations of both TP and SMF all giving me the same database error when trying to install TP (SMF installs with no problems).

If the script used during the installation is particularly slow or the MySQL server is under heavy load, then the SQL sever may be dropping your connection during the update. However, considering you've been trying all week I'd assume that there is a query in the script that is being particularly slow on line 2025.
If it is possible, you may be able to manually install the addon, otherwise you may have to look into ways of segmenting the script and running it piece by piece.
The final alternative would be to clone your site to a local server such as XAMPP, run the update and then publish the resulting files and mysql tables back to the server.
