Database Error (WP)

It was working fine last night, but suddenly it just happened. I haven't touch anything to do with the settings, but it just shows up as:

Error establishing a database connection

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host's database server is down.

• Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
• Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
• Are you sure that the database server is running?

Where are you getting that error ?

As long as I get to my blog.
I can fix it by creating a new user for that databse, and reassign it to the wp-config file, but the next day, the problem arises and i have to do it again.

It is just a temporary solution but is there any way to fix it once and for all?

Try using your cPanel username and password as the database user.
