Database error

Hey guys I setup a Joomla site last night/early this morning and some time between 7 & 10 am while I was sleeping is quit working.

This is my domain:
http://icmysite.x10hosting.com/
The is my error:
Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

I can login to mt CP and I can see the template I uploaded. When I go to MySQL Databases this is a message I get. There are no databases associated with your account.

If anyone can throw me a bone I would greatly appreciate it.
