Can you see the error? It's obvious what the problem. (SQL error: Access denied for user: 'microtxp@localhost' (Using password: YES))
The MySQL password you are trying to use for the MySQL account microtxp is wrong, thus not allowing your account to login. Did you have your password reset and/or changed recently?
Either way, whether you did or not, check the configuration file for IPB, it should be in the main directory of the installation. I'm not sure of the exact name, but it should have the word(s) config/configuration in the name. In there, look for the line where your MysQL password is, and change it to reflect your actual password now.
If you don't know the password, go into cPanel, then go into MySQL. There make a new user account (Along with a new password), and add the user to the database you have IPB set up in/on/under/whatever.
That should work.. If you still cannot get it, post back with what you tried and what happened.
