Database Error

Hello!

Everytime I try to reach my free web on adress miroslav.petrak.x10.bz/index.php it always comes with the message:

Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to database

and, furthermore, no web page is displayed.

HELP!

Also, no cpanel is available on the adress I've received in activation email, and my account has not been suspended, but I need that server online, ASAP (as soon as possible) 8)

But, the Apache server runs smoothly, as my primary domain (html only) is working, and loading "Placeholder for my domain" which I have put there. Link is in the "trackbacks".
