well i've got a mafia game, and whenever i try to register/login this just comes up, i've double checked all the settings. over and over again and they are right. can you help me please?

Fixed it for you; you had created the database and the user, but never actually assigned the user to that database with all permissions. I did that step since you did have the rest all set up already
