DATABASE failure

Hello technical Deptt....

from the past few days um not able to make a database user in my MYSQL section.. and i have lost my full previous database too..

yaar this is second time ive lost my account functions....

Thank god um having my Database Backup but now i am not able to Create a DATABASE and USER there...

Any solution or Reason for this...???

Boru is having some MySQL trouble but you can try this:
In cPanel, click on Remote MySQL.
Then add the following entry to the list: int.boru.x10hosting.com
