Database gone

It has been a couple of days - perhaps even weeks - since my forum went down with the message "Can not connect to database". I've had this kind of problems before, so I just waited until it fixed itself as usual. However, this time it did not, consequently I checked in my cPanel and it effectively states that I use 0 out of 3 SQL databases.

Is it possible to review my account status and load a backup if necessairy?
